Woke up to a serene courtyard where breakfast was served, filled with delightful pastries and friendly conversations with the hosts about the local sights. The location is perfect for exploring Saumur.

Check-in was slightly delayed until 5 PM, which left us waiting after a long journey, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent during our stay. A bit more attention to these details could enhance the experience.

Charming courtyard made breakfast delightful.

The warm welcome and personal attention from the hosts added charm to our stay. Enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful courtyard with a delightful breakfast served outdoors.

The views from the top floor are quite breathtaking, overlooking the Loire and the nearby castle. The spacious suite boasts elegant decor and feels luxurious, making it a memorable escape.

The floorboards are creaky, so don’t plan on sneaking around unnoticed. The rooms lack air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable. during my stay, I felt warm even with windows open to the busy street. The breakfast is minimal, primarily just bread with jams, lacking variety, and there’s no option for credit card payments, which can be inconvenient for travelers. the bathrooms have a hand shower over the bath, which might not suit everyone’s preference.

The room matched the photos online, featuring a unique porthole window and a generous amount of space for relaxation. Plenty of quirky decorations, including a lion statue, added character to the experience.

Check-in is restricted to after 5 PM, which can leave you stranded with your luggage if you arrive earlier. Wi-Fi reliability was shaky, making it tough to stay connected. the towels were small and the pillows had seen better days, which detracted from the overall comfort.

Staying in the Green Suite was a total vibe, so spacious and comfy—like being at home! Brekkie in the cozy courtyard was a real treat, and the hosts were super friendly, always offered a helping hand.

The plumbing was a bit quirky, not a biggie for us but might be a hassle for some.

We had a spacious suite which was beautiful—like living in our own little castle. And the courtyard, oh man, a real standout with a parrot that my kids just adored!

It was a bit pricey but still acceptable considering the experience.

A lovely courtyard provided a charming spot for breakfast, which was generous and delicious, featuring good meat. the plumbing quirks could be annoying, and there were occasional creaks from the floors that echoed through the nights. it’s a delightful yet slightly imperfect escape.

i stayed at the patio for one night and it was delightful. the hosts were super friendly, and the room was beautifully decorated with a great view. breakfast was large and tasty, which made my stay truly relaxing compared to my last visit in the city.

I loved how we were in the perfect position to explore Saumur in between the castle and the Loire, making our city strolls so easy, and we enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast included that made for a great start to our days.

The hotel's cleanliness stood out, with beautifully furnished rooms and a modern shower room featuring double basins. Breakfast was excellent, complemented by carefully selected china, and there were many restaurants nearby offering a variety of dining options.

The bed linens had a strong detergent smell, which could be bothersome for some guests.
